Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2026.

EligenIQ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you use the “Tell us what isn't working” form, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, organization, and the description you write. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors from automated spam. Turnstile may process technical information from your browser for that purpose. This site also uses analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use it; see “Cookies and Analytics” below.

How we use it

We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry and to discuss whether an assessment makes sense for your organization. We do not share your information with outside organizations except service providers needed to run this website, such as our email delivery and hosting providers.

Please keep it general

Describe your situation in general terms. Please do not include protected health information, patient details, or other sensitive personal data in the form.

Cookies and Analytics

EligenIQ uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies on this website. They fall into the groups below.

  • Strictly necessary. These keep the site working and secure, for example the Cloudflare Turnstile check that tells real visitors from automated spam on our forms, and they remember your privacy choice on this page. They do not need your consent.
  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how people find and use this site, such as which pages are viewed, what kind of device is used, and the general area visitors come from. Google sets cookies (for example _ga) to do this. We do not use analytics data to identify you personally.
  • Advertising. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies on this site.

Your choices

Analytics cookies are on by default. You can opt out at any time with the button below or from the cookie notice on the site. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends GPC, we treat it as an opt-out request (we do not run advertising cookies on this site, so there is nothing further to switch off).

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Health information. Our intake form and its confirmation page never use advertising or remarketing tools. Please do not submit protected health information (PHI), patient details, or other sensitive personal data through this site.
